Our architectural design aims to transform this high-visibility site into a vibrant and welcoming space for staff, clients, and the public. The key to our approach is a single raking roof structure, which adds a sense of movement while reducing the visual impact of the large seed store. This design choice creates a dynamic spatial experience and helps lower the office area to a more “human scale.”

Upon entering, visitors are greeted by a spacious foyer and reception area, with raking ceilings that enhance volume and create an open, inviting atmosphere. Generous glazing on the Northwest side connects the interior to the surrounding streetscape, allowing natural light to fill the space and maintain a sense of warmth and openness. The central corridor serves as a spine, linking various office areas. A private courtyard on the West side, accessible from the staff room, offers a tranquil spot for breaks and informal gatherings.
