HYDRAULINK MID-CANTERBURY

"Best Under Pressure"

In March 2020 we celebrated the opening of Hydraulink Mid Canterbury’s home base in the Ashburton Business Park. The new 700m2 facility was a sign of growth for the business and will be the benchmark for other Hydraulink divisions around the country.

This is a great project to be part of and a real statement in the industrial park. We hope you enjoy your new building as much as we do.

"Rolleston Redevelopment"

In November 2019 we were pleased to be at the opening of stage 1 of the Markham Junction hospitality and retail development along Tennyson Street in Rolleston. The development was opened by the Rt Hon Amy Adams alongside invited guests, building tenants and the contractors that worked onsite throughout the build.

This is the first of three stages in the development and stage two starting early 2020.

PRECISION CUTTING & PROCESSING

"Performance Production Precision"

In May 2019 we celebrated alongside our clients for the opening of their new cutting and processing facility in the new Ashburton Business Park. The new 1,500m2 facility was a sign of growth for the business and with the emphasis on maximum plate storage and profile cutting efficiency this building allows Precision Cutting to be at the front of the competition.

The opening also coincided with the company’s rebranding and is a perfect fit with the company’s direction.

Burnett House

"Ashburton Icon”

In May 2019 we were pleased to hand over the completed Burnett House Project to our clients and tenants. This was a great achievement for all involved and we believe that we have created something truly special for the Ashburton District. The people of Ashburton must have agreed, with the building having a good occupancy rate in a very competitive market. Companies have been attracted to the building because of its iconic looks, great amenities and high profile.

We’d like to make a special mention of our clients for this project, who made the brave decision to create something special in an uncertain market. We are grateful that they had the courage to complete this project, sticking to the original vision, and we think they have been rewarded with a great building and tenants alike.

Ray Mayne Hose and Fittings

“Setting the Standard”

The new state of the art 3,000m2 facility was opened by the Rt Hon Amy Adams in October 2018. For this industry leading Irrigation company the move to the new Ashburton Business Park was a combination of good business skills over a number of years and the need to have a purpose built facility that will allow the company to further enhance their market leading ability.

Also present at the opening of the new premises was Ashburton Mayor Donna Favel, local National MP, Andrew Falloon and Chris Roth, President of Reinke Manufacturing and many other clients and leading suppliers to Ray Mayne Hose and Fittings. It was an honour to have Chris Roth attend this event as it was Chris’s first time in New Zealand.

Our client also would personally like to thank all of the staff at Ray Mayne Hose and Fittings Ltd, who have helped in so many ways to ensure that the company remains at the leading edge of technology in the ever changing world of irrigation.

Stake Glass

“A stake in the Ground”

After two years of planning and a $10 Million investment by our clients the day arrived in June 2016 where we celebrated the opening of Stake Glass Headquarters alongside approximately 160 other guests. The facility was opened by Rt Hon John Key and the team gave him a tour of the factory and glass processing plant and a behind-the-scenes look at the delicate process.

The Prime Minister commended Stake Glass on their tremendous “punt” to be a driving force for Christchurch and explained that it was confidence like theirs that will strengthen the New Zealand economy.

It was a very special day for our clients, and as they put it, “it’s a businessman’s dream to stand alongside the Prime Minister and celebrate a once-in-a-lifetime business milestone. It’s more than just an opportunity, it’s a stake in the ground and showing our faith in the Christchurch economy.”
