The house has been designed to maximize the relationship with the gardens, outdoor living spaces, and swimming pool. The house stretches along the rear boundary opening itself up to the north west facing private gardens, in doing this it allows each room that opens out onto this space have different aspects of the gardens and views. The exterior is composed of vertical planes of precast concrete panels, which contrast with the dark stained vertical shiplap timber cladding.
